Yes. Participants earn from day one once they begin an apprenticeship or pre-apprenticeship. Wage, schedule, progression, employer, and benefit details are confirmed in writing for the specific opportunity.

Duration varies by pathway, employer, occupation, previous experience, and credential requirements. TETT explains the expected timeline before enrollment.

The careers shown are planned pathways. Availability depends on employer demand, approved cohorts, training capacity, and placement opportunities.

TETT welcomes all qualified applicants and especially encourages veterans, disabled veterans, returning citizens and people with prior justice involvement, workers with disabilities, career changers, dislocated workers, students, and GED candidates to apply or upskill.

Youth and young adults may enter an eligible TETT pathway as early as age 16. Participation remains subject to the selected pathway’s education, employer, safety, work-hour, parental or guardian consent, and other age-specific requirements.

A returning citizen is a person returning to the community after incarceration or other significant involvement with the justice system. The term centers the person, their successful reentry, and their future potential rather than defining them only by a past conviction.

Not always. Some pathways are designed for beginners, while others require prior education, licensing, physical readiness, background screening, or technical foundations. Requirements are explained before an applicant advances.

Not passing an entrance, placement, literacy, numeracy, or technical-readiness assessment does not automatically end your opportunity. Eligible applicants may be referred to The Elite Traveling Tutors for pre-apprenticeship educational support, an individualized preparation plan, and help preparing to retake the required assessment.

Support may include individualized tutoring, literacy and numeracy instruction, entrance-exam preparation, GED preparation, digital-skills development, study strategies, and career-readiness support. TETT has special education specialists and Deaf and Hard of Hearing teachers who can adapt instruction for disabilities, communication needs, and learning differences.

Credential preparation varies by pathway and may include Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, IBM Guardium, FAA Part 107, and other role-aligned certifications. Final exam, fee, and eligibility details are confirmed for each cohort.
